Making farm dataeasier to collect.
An end-to-end farmer data platform designed and built to simplify onboarding, farm-data submission and compliance management across Wildfarmed’s regenerative farming network.

From onboarding to compliance, in one product.
Wildfarmed needed a digital experience that could support farmers joining its regenerative farming programme and provide the internal team with structured information throughout that journey.
I led both the design and Bubble development of the platform — from initial UX thinking and wireframes through high-fidelity interface design, database/workflow implementation and the internal administration experience.
This made the project a genuine end-to-end product build.
Collecting complex information without creating a complex experience.
Farm and compliance data can be detailed, conditional and highly structured. The challenge was creating a product capable of collecting that information accurately without making onboarding unnecessarily difficult for farmers.
At the same time, Wildfarmed’s internal team needed visibility into who had joined, where each farmer was in the process, what information had been submitted and what required review.
The farmer experience. The operations experience. One product.
Join the programme, complete onboarding, submit farm information, move through conditional forms, understand progress and manage required information — on a phone, in the field.
Invite farmers, monitor onboarding, review submitted data, manage records, track compliance and identify incomplete information.
From blank canvas to working product.
I led the design and development of the application across the full product lifecycle.
Instead of handing a design to a separate development team, I was able to iterate between UX and implementation as the product took shape.
Designing for the person standing in the field.
The farmer experience was designed mobile-first. Forms needed clear hierarchy, understandable progress and enough structure to collect accurate information without presenting everything at once.
Conditional logic allowed the product to adapt the questions and workflow based on the information being supplied.
I also created a custom interface system aligned with Wildfarmed’s existing brand so the product felt like part of the organisation rather than an unrelated administrative tool.

The form was only half the product.
Behind the farmer-facing experience is a broader operational system. I built the application in Bubble, including the data structures and workflows required to manage onboarding, farm information and internal review.
The admin side allows Wildfarmed’s team to invite farmers in bulk, manage farmer records, review submitted information, monitor onboarding progress and track compliance status.
This transformed the application from a data-entry form into an operational product.

Two products hiding inside one.
The farmer-facing side needed to feel simple, guided and approachable. The internal side needed density, oversight and control.
Designing both inside one connected system required balancing very different UX requirements while ensuring both sides relied on the same underlying data.
That tension became one of the most interesting parts of the project.
An end-to-end platform for joining the network.
The result is a responsive application connecting farmer onboarding, structured farm-data collection and Wildfarmed’s internal management workflows.
It supports Wildfarmed’s broader regenerative farming programme by making the digital part of joining and participating easier to manage for both farmers and the team behind the programme.
